I use QUINODERM5 AT 5% bp and its a cream. I leave it on 12 hours. But considering your's is a rinse i would not exceed 20 mins, the water is very drying. For the gel, i would say 4 hours, but please don't quote me. Best look up the brand and instructions on google ;)
