Which one is better at getting rid of current pimples, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide?

Is one better for prevention? What about using them both, is there any harm, and if not which is applied first?

Both of these are good but they work on different things.


The Salicylic acid disolves the cells inside and on top of the skin. It works best in oil so it is good for working inside the pore.





Benzoyl Peroxide is effective against the bacteria which aggravates acne.





Most products (or product lines) contain both these ingredients.





There is no harm in using them both.
Go to acne.org and follow the regimen explained there. It works every time. This regimen uses benzoyl peroxide but also mentions salicylic acid.
Try turpentine! Or hydrochloric acids! YEAH!!!!
