I'm currently using Witch products and wondering if i should change to a salicylic acid-based one or one with benzoyl peroxide. Nomal ones or the ones with bp and salicylic acid?Does face washes that contain benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid really help?
They all burn your face, so choose one that you like the burn from most. If you have spotty skin, try just using a gentle facewash like ';Simple'; or ';Neutrogena'; and then use a medicated moisturiser. Getting some sun on the skin helps too.
