How can you get rid of zits fast without benzoyl peroxide?

Please help! My best friend is going nuts trying to find a way to get rid of them.How can you get rid of zits fast without benzoyl peroxide?
Basically what is benzoyl peroxide? It is an ingredient that kills bacteria on the surface of the skin.


if she is sensitive to it, then she cant use it.





BUT!





there is another ingredient she may use, and that is,


salicylic acid...and thats an ingredient is MOST acne/cleansing washes that ';unclogs'; the pore so a pimple or blackhead can be prevented

An over the counter antibiotic. These will reduce the inflammation, heal any wounds caused from popping and picking and kill the bacteria that cause the pimple. But ultimately it depends on your skin type and the extent of your problem areas. I hope it works for you!
